LOST EPISODES FOUND!
4th March 2008 : 22:00
Well, after 8 years we have finally layed our hands on copies of all but two of the unreleased episodes! At the moment we only have them in low quality but we are hoping to obtain better quality versions shortly, possibly the two remaining episodes also.
We are currently deciding what to do with the episodes regarding this website but in the meantime you can see some of the episodes here:
Videos removed (see news item above)
Thanks to the annonymous person (or perhaps The Big Knights themselves?) for the email!
Update on 'The Quest'
4th March 2008 : 22:00
Two letters were sent to ABD and the BBC, the ABD one was returned due to an incorrect address and the BBC have not had the courtesy to respond. We may follow this up if our plans regarding the episodes and this website don't work out (see above news item).
Letters & Update
2nd September 2007 : 00:00
Well, 'The Quest' has been on a back burner really for the past year but it's not all bad news as the petition is now sitting at nearly 500 signatures. There are currently two letters being written to go along with the petition to the BBC and AstleyBakerDavies, these will be published (in part at least) on this website shortly.Update - The Quest!
22nd July 2006 : 16:00
This is just a quick update to let you know we are still progressing with 'The Quest!'. Use the links below for more information.

More URL Information
2nd January 2006 : 23:00
It seems the BBC are renewing the Big Knights domain names one by one.Currently BigKnights.co.uk and TheBigKnights.co.uk are in the process of renewal. BigKnights.com and TheBigKnights.com are set to expire on the 10th and 11th February 2006 so I should imagine these will be renewed shortly.
I don't know the BBC's policy on holding on to domain names, especially if they are not being used, but this could mean that they plan to use them in the future possibly, if they were to commission more episodes or even to coincide with the release of a video/DVD.
Updates
30th August 2005 : 20:14
I have added some images and information from a German BK site, on The Making Of The Big Knights. Head over to the 'Features' section and check it out.I have also added a page providing information about this site.
URLs

Whilst doing a little investigation into who owns some domain names I discovered that:BigKnights.com | Info
Bigknights.co.uk | Info
TheBigKnights.com | Info
TheBigKnights.co.uk | Info
are all owned by the BBC! There is no content on them and they have been registered since February 2000. This makes me wonder if there is/has been any plans to make The Big Knights a regular on the BBC. I will be including details of this on the petition.
Interview
12th April 2005 : 23:00
I have just read an interview with AstleyBakerDavies regarding their current projects, it includes some interesting points about The Big Knights.Read the interview here.
Most interesting is, when asked: "How come we only got one series?"
They replied: "Ask the BBC, we'd love to do another series!"
This has got me thinking that I might put together a petition for people to sign which could be sent to the BBC to show them that The Big Knights already has a big fan base and a huge potential one.
